This individual carries out responsibilities in the areas of HRIS administration, policy creation and implementation, employee relations, training, and employment law compliance. Duties include:Maintaining human resource information system records including new hires, termination, system maintenance, and training recordsProviding customer service to Pomp’s employees by answering their questions and following up in a reasonable timeframeAssisting in the development and implementation of company policies and proceduresReviewing jobs and create job descriptionsRecommending and participating in new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performedMaintaining and creating company communications to ensure accurate information is being communicated to employees in a timely mannerProcessing exit interviewsMaintaining compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.Assisting with benefits administration, recruitment, and payroll when needed.In addition to competitive pay, Pomp's offers great benefits including health, dental, life insurance, 401k plan, profit sharing, and paid time off.If you’re interested in joining our team of Tire Professionals, please apply via CareerBuilder.
